Student Feedback from SMA and SIP
Another Graduate had this to say:

I will refer your program every chance I get because I believe it
is producing well-trained,  ready-to-work scopists.
Plus, I know your advice and mentoring does not stop once
when the program is completed.  You really care about the
success of your students after the "bookwork" is finished.  The
conference calls are a huge value-added bonus.  And now the
new forum!
Devon, thank you for taking me "under your wing."
Sincerely,
Joyce Preusser, 11/15/09

I felt Devon was  better than any other instructor I’ve encountered as
far as responding to questions or just offering encouragement and
kind words!!

I wish I had studied with Devon to begin with!!

A Prospective Inquiry posed this question:

Do you feel you are receiving proper training to do the work as well as to
market yourself and take your first big step into the scoping world?

I am very happy with the training.  Devon really cares that you feel confident in your
skills and that you have the skills required to do the job.

I love the way you
have the material put together.

I'm amazed by how
much material you have!!

SMA/SIP will no longer update this information because of the
number of enrollments, graduates and total business it is
receiving.
Feel free to visit the
graduates page to see who has graduated
and who you may contact directly for feedback about the
SMA/SIP training experience.

To the best of my knowledge, all graduates have scoping work.
And at least three interns have gotten work before they have
finished their training.

You weren't kidding when you said you would prepare us!
Dorothy Coombs

Devon, I am so excited about your Scoping Intern
Program. I have already learned so much in the short
time I have been enrolled. The conference calls are
like being in a virtual classroom and are a great
learning tool.  I have gained great confidence in the
skills I am learning and it is all because of you and
your devotion to your students! I only wish had learned
about your scoping program sooner. I would
recommend your program to anyone interested in this
field.

Since SMA feels strongly about getting feedback about services that are
offered, SMA asks each graduate to fill out an evaluation survey.
